Doing a Competency Interview? Google Competency Interviews
Doing an interview for a Executive Chef position? Google how to interview for an Executive Chef
Google, questions to ask in an interview!, or final interview or what ever you are interviewing for.

Role play as if you were the person who was interviewing for this position. You'll start to improve how you present your skills and feel more comfortable when you are being interviewed.

When asked what your salary is, tell them what you are making break it down Base and Bonus, don't role it all into one lump. You don't want to state a figure way to high, compare Apples to Apples!
When asked what your looking for, respond, "I know you will make a fair offer based on this position" Don't state a figure as you may come in lower then what they anticipated or higher and your ruled out!
